The build started with an unusual decision: the customer brought us an eight-foot long bed. Most builders shy away from the long bed in favor of the shorter, more familiar proportions, and you don't see many of these done well. We saw an opportunity to do something different. The result is a truck that carries more presence than a short bed ever could, with all that satin black flowing uninterrupted from the front fenders to the back of the bed. It's a lot of black, a lot of satin, and somehow it all works exactly the way it was supposed to.

Power comes from a Ford Motorsports Coyote 5.0 putting down 480 horsepower, paired with a Tremec six-speed manual and a 9-inch Posi rear end. It's a drivetrain built to be driven hard, and this truck rewards you every time you put your foot in it. The engine bay carries the same blacked-out treatment as the exterior, finished with a custom engine cover, a custom radiator, and a handful of bespoke pieces fabricated specifically for this build. Nothing in the bay feels off-the-shelf, and nothing in the bay feels out of place.

Step inside and the tone shifts. Camel leather and suede bring warmth to a cabin that could have easily felt cold against all that satin black. Custom gauges and a custom console anchor the dash, with a six-speed shifter ball that feels as good in the hand as it looks in the cabin. Leather trim continues all the way through the headliner, giving the interior a finished, cohesive feel from every angle. It's the kind of cabin that draws compliments every time the doors open — and this one earns plenty.

The details out back are where this build really rewards a closer look. Boze wheels sit front and rear, perfectly tucked under the fenders and pulling the whole stance together. Custom billet aluminum side cutouts — fabricated in our shop — break up the long bed and add a layer of craft you only catch up close. A blacked-out gas cap, blacked-out trim, and detailed LED tail lights finish the rear, while the exhaust is routed to ride right next to your ear. The result is a truck that sounds as good as it looks the moment you put it in gear.

This F-100 is proof that a single color, done right, can say more than any paint scheme. Satin black, eight-foot bed, custom interior, real horsepower — a build that lets the craftsmanship speak for itself.
